Energy Star Audit Equipment

- RETROTEC Model Q46 blower door consists of fan and a fabric door panel with an extruded aluminum frame assembly
- Commercial quality for use on super-tight to super-leaky houses or small commercial buildings
- Handles enclosures with 9.0 square feet of effective leakage area or less
- Fits 30-to 42 inch wide doorways
- Maximum flow at 50 pascal (test pressure) = 5600 CFM
- Accuracy = +/- 3%

This thermal imaging device converts infrared radiation into electrical signals and thus renders it visible. This allows images to be captured as shown here. Building thermography allows exposure of sources of heat loss or gain by showing effective surface temperatures.
- Detector type 160 x 120 pixels
- Good image quality NETD less than 80 mK
- High quality standard lens 32° x 23°
- Integrated digital camera
- Auto Hot/Cold Spot Recognition
- Manual focus
- Telephoto lens
- Temperature range -4 to +536°F
- Images can be viewed on any computer

This digital device automatically controls the Q46 Retrotec fan. It displays results directly without the use of a computer.
Displays the following data:
- air flow (CFM) at any set pressure
- air-changes per hour
- equivalent leakage area, ELA
- air-flow (CFM) per leakage area

The Moisture Encounter Plus is a follow-up to the world's most popular and successful non-destructive moisture meter - the Moisture Encounter.
Features:
- Non-destructive moisture measurement of wood, plaster, drywall, block, brick roofing and most materials found in the building envelope using 3 ranges of sensitivity
- Deep 1" signal penetration to detect excess moisture in the substrate under a range of covering materials such as paint, varnish, drywall, wall coverings, ceramic tiles, roofing membranes, PVC and CPT tiles
- Rubber electrode pads in direct contact with material tested for better sensitivity and signal penetration
- Powered by a 9 volt battery with auto-off
- Digital sensing technology with analog read-out

- Monitors electric consumption and enables cost forcasting
- Shows the operating costs of household appliances
- Accurate within 0.2%
- Displays output by hour, day, week, month or year
- Plugs in-between wall outlet and device to be measured
- Checks the quality of power by monitoring voltage, line frequency, and power factor exposing if it is time for a new refrigerator or any other elcetrical appliance

This instrument allows measurement of flue and stack combustion products. It measures stack drafts in order to make sure a stack is safely and sufficiently exhausting combustion products and also gives a combustion efficiency reading. The durable sensors measure carbon monoxide quantities and other chemical residues such as °C, O2 and CO2 within a confined area. It is designed for evaluation of gas output of burners, boilers, furnaces and other combustion appliances. The Testo 327-1 is accurate, rugged and reliable. The unit is programmed for 8 fuels so calculations account for variations in fuel types.
