If you already have a kréddle, keep in mind that base clamps that originally were drilled for a nickel bracket will only accept a nickel bracket. Base clamps that came originally with either stainless steel or titanium brackets can accept either stainless steel or titanium. Nickel brackets are shinier than the stainless and titanium brackets. Stainless and titianium are almost indistinguishable visually.
